The Science of Happiness comes from the field of positive psychology, founded by Martin Seligman. It’s a research-based approach that explores what helps people truly thrive, not just emotionally, but in every area of life.

Instead of focusing on what's broken, it studies what makes life meaningful: purpose, connection, resilience, and well-being. And it offers practical tools to help you build a more peaceful, fulfilling life, from the inside out.

We guide you back to your authentic self using practical tools to uncover your core values, strengths, and personal sense of purpose (Ikigai). Along the way, we shine a light on your inner saboteurs, those thoughts and limiting beliefs that hold you back and begin to loosen their grip.

3. Action

With clarity and awareness in place, we design practical strategies to turn intention into action and change into reality. You’ll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs, and map out your next steps, with support every step of the way, as you build the life you truly want.

FREE Discovery Call

This initial session is a great opportunity to break the ice, get to know each other better, and answer any questions you may have about the program.

During our conversation, we’ll explore your current challenges, discuss your goals, and assess whether my coaching journey is the right fit for you.

This call is designed to ensure that you feel confident and clear about moving forward and to determine if we’re aligned in creating the transformation you’re seeking.

6 Online Meetings

6 online sessions, each 60 minutes long, scheduled at a time that works best for you.

90 days is the ideal timeframe to pace our work together, giving you the space to grow and transform as we tackle each area step by step.

We’ll break it down into 3 key phases: first, we’ll clarify your goals; then, we’ll deepen your awareness; and finally, we’ll take meaningful action to create lasting change!

A guided journal designed to accompany you throughout the entire program, offering a space to record insights, tools, and reflections from each session.
